Our mission is to share a very personal fine dining experience with all foodies in Auburn AL. The menu will be a multi-course prix-fixe menu using fresh ingredients (local when possible) to serve modern recipes. We will also be pairing fine wines with each meal.

We are using a non-profit model with our guests paying an equal share of the meal’s cost. This will allow our guests to enjoy meals at an affordable cost, and much cheaper than an equivalent meal would cost in restaurants.  We plan to have a supper about every two months.

We aim to:
--Offer fresh fine dining meals at an affordable cost.
--Learn and share new dishes and new ingredients with our guests.
--Make new friends that share our interest in cooking, or at least eating.
--Improve our own culinary skills and experience.
